**Description:** ---------------- At Air Europa, we are seeking a Hub Management (HM) Agent for Madrid Airport. A key position within Ground Operations, where you will have a direct impact on punctuality, safety, and service quality by coordinating daily flight operations in a dynamic, high-demand environment. **What you’ll find in this opportunity:** You will work at the heart of operations, with full visibility into Madrid hub processes and continuous coordination with multiple teams. You will have real decision-making authority to address incidents, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and customer experience standards. **Your mission:** Supervise and coordinate daily flight operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to procedures—minimizing incidents and optimizing turnaround times. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Resolve operational incidents swiftly and effectively. * Supervise aircraft loading, refueling, catering, and cleaning. * Verify the load sheet in coordination with relevant parties and validate the NOTOC with the Captain. * Monitor baggage delivery in departure halls, ensuring timeliness and compliance with security protocols. * Supervise passenger and baggage check-in processes, as well as the correct application of security measures and customer service standards. **Conditions:** * Substitution contract. * Rotating shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night; weekends and holidays included. * Location: Madrid-Barajas Airport. * Access to staff travel tickets with our airline and partner airlines, enabling travel to all our destinations with your family and friends. **What will make you successful:** * Experience in ground handling, preferably in operational coordination. * Valid Class B driving license. * Proficiency in office software. * Familiarity with Altea and Smarthan is desirable. * A valid Platform Driving Permit (PCP) is desirable. * Strong decision-making ability, capacity to manage pressure, and results orientation.
