You will analyze the local market to plan strategically and manage stock and resource planning to meet customer expectations. You will train and ensure store teams remain engaged and achieve high performance. You will identify and develop talent at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and celebrating success. You will maintain consistent and effective communication with store teams, Area Managers, and Regional Offices—using tools such as performance reviews and climate surveys. Regarding operations and cost control, you will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, cultivating a safe working culture and protecting people, assets, and facilities. You will manage controllable costs and seek savings opportunities, promoting the ethical and environmental initiatives of the Primark Cares program to guarantee a positive and safe environment. In essence, you will define the store’s vision and direction, acting as a role model and driving continuous improvement to achieve strategic objectives. **How Would We Like You To Be?** We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a high capacity for people management. You must excel at building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and teams, supporting our sales initiatives through quality communication and a clear commercial vision. A solid background in store management is essential, and experience in high-volume retail and distribution will be highly valued. Your ability to manage change, train others, and deliver high performance will ensure your success in this role. We seek a proactive leader with strong analytical decision-making skills, capable of working under pressure and anticipating risks. You should be self-motivated, fostering optimism, resilience, and adaptability to change—setting ambitious goals and driving development. Strong planning and organizational capabilities, along with the ability to meet agreed deadlines in a large-scale, fast-paced business, are vital.
