Following exponential growth over recent years, the objective of this role is to professionalize financial oversight and ensure long-term profitability through the implementation of rigorous controls and strategic KPIs. Key Responsibilities • Consolidated Management and Reporting: Preparation of the monthly results report for the Finance Directorate, ensuring data accuracy by region and proper intercompany account reconciliations. • KPI and Dashboard Design: Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (Operating Profitability, Net Margin, OPEX Variation, and Payroll Efficiency). • Internal Audit and Control: Implementation and reinforcement of internal audit processes aligned with industry best practices to mitigate financial risks. • Leadership in External Audits of Autonomous Communities (CCAA): You will be directly responsible for coordinating and participating in the external financial audit of the Annual Accounts of all our subsidiaries (Spain, Mexico, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania). • Subsidiary Closing Management: You will report directly to the CFO on the financial health status of each location, analyzing results based on the consolidation process of subsidiaries. • Management of External Accountants: You will serve as the central point of contact for external accounting firms in each country, ensuring monthly closings meet group-mandated deadlines and quality standards. • Analytical and Activity Reporting: You will prepare monthly activity reports for subsidiaries. ### **Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
