Previous and sustained experience. Communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to move freely throughout the facility and climb stairs without difficulty. Ability to detect visual and/or auditory signals. Possession of a Disability Certificate (equal to or greater than 33%) is valued. Immediate availability to start **What type of contract will you have?:** A one-year contract with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. **What will your schedule be?:** Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, working between 07:00 and 22:00 according to the assigned shift roster. Mandatory time off of one weekend per month, as required by law. **Where?:** Madrid, in the San Blas–Canillejas area
