Job Summary: Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of essential medical equipment, managing spare parts, fixed assets, and logistical support in an industrial plant. Integration into a dynamic technical team with continuous learning This position focuses on the maintenance and repair of essential medical equipment for the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electromedical devices such as oxygen concentrators (stationary and portable), CPAP devices, aerosol therapy equipment, and clinical suction units. Experience working with liquid oxygen supply systems is also required, ensuring optimal and safe operation according to healthcare quality standards. The contract is temporary. Another fundamental aspect of the role is the efficient management of spare parts and components: inventory control, organization of parts, and application of reuse and recycling practices to support sustainability. Additionally, the technician will manage and track the plant’s fixed assets, maintaining up-to-date records, and provide logistical support, including equipment receipt, cleaning, disinfection, and packaging for redistribution. The work environment is an industrial plant in Vallecas, Madrid, where a practical and detail-oriented approach is valued. Candidates should be able to integrate into a dynamic technical team committed to continuous learning, with a summer-intensive schedule to facilitate work-life balance. This role targets technically trained professionals interested in medical technology. Vocational or higher education degree in technical fields such as manufacturing and assembly, electricity and electronics, electrotechnical installations, industrial mechatronics, or industrial maintenance. Prior experience of 1–2 years in technical services or maintenance is required. Specific experience in electromedical equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
