We are currently reinforcing our development teams to tackle new challenges and opportunities. #### **About the Role** As a **Flutter FrontEnd developer**, you will join the team building our social network’s iOS and Android apps and the web platforms of our operations CRM. We work in agile environments and are organized into cross-functional teams, engaging in the full development lifecycle. We actively participate in both the **architecture** and the **development** and **validation** of solutions, with a clear focus on quality, performance, and usability. As a team, we conduct ***code reviews*** and provide technical mentoring to other developers. We value flexibility but firmly believe in the benefits of face-to-face collaboration with our colleagues; therefore, we have adopted a **hybrid model**, meeting twice a week at our Madrid (center) office. ### **About You** * Extensive experience developing cross-platform applications for **iOS, Android, and Web** using **Flutter**. * Proficient in working with data, **managing state**, and propagating it across the application (we use Provider), as well as in strategies to optimize performance (caching, etc.). * **Pixel-perfect**: User experience is critical—you possess the ability to implement designs provided by our team without compromising performance. * Capable of working in a dynamic, multicultural environment, managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. * Understand principles of software development quality. * Communicate effectively in English; our team is multicultural and we use **English** daily in our interactions. * Hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or Mathematics, or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in technical fields. * Have at least **5 years of experience** in a similar role as a Flutter FrontEnd developer. * Are based in Madrid and able to attend our office at least two days per week.
