Do you sit down to write and nothing comes to mind? This spontaneous writing workshop is designed to develop your ability to write freely, creatively, and without blocks, while fostering personal expression and fluency in writing. Among the objectives you can achieve are, on the one hand, stimulating creativity and, on the other, overcoming blocks and fear of the blank page. This will improve your written expression and increase your confidence as you explore emotions and deepen your self-knowledge. The workshop focuses on acquiring tools that you can then easily apply both in literary creation and in therapeutic writing or professional and/or personal creative processes. The workshop is led by Susana Lopez Ciotkowski, storyteller, educator, and trainer in communication, sales, and conflict management.
