**Description:** ---------------- At **INESPRO**, we are seeking a Technical Assistance Manager to coordinate and supervise our national portfolio of technical support contracts. **Job Mission** Lead, plan, and supervise the execution of Technical Assistance services for Construction Management, Control and Supervision, and Infrastructure Management. **Main Responsibilities** * Team Coordination: Manage human and technical resources assigned to various active technical assistance services across the national territory. * Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for construction directors of public administration bodies (MITMA, ADIF, Autonomous Communities, etc.) and private clients. * Quality and Timeline Control: Oversee the preparation of monthly reports, certifications, measurement statements, and schedule tracking. * Technological Implementation: Ensure field teams efficiently use the company’s BIM and GIS tools for asset reporting and control. * Financial Management: Monitor the profitability of technical assistance contracts and manage proposals for new service tenders. * Health and Safety: Guarantee strict compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations across all projects under their coordination. **Candidate Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports). * Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in roles such as Technical Assistance Head or Construction Director. * Specific Knowledge: \* Expertise in the Public Sector Contracts Law. * Advanced proficiency in management and measurement software (Presto, MS Project). * Operational knowledge of BIM methodologies applied to the construction phase. * Skills: Leadership of remote teams, ability to resolve on-site conflicts, and strong organizational capacity. * Mobility: Willingness to conduct periodic visits to various technical assistance locations nationwide. **What We Offer at INESPRO** * Professional Stability: Indefinite-term contract with a solid and growing company. * Autonomy: Significant decision-making authority and operational management responsibility at the national level. * Work Environment: Integration into a multidisciplinary team within a dynamic environment focused on technical excellence.
