TAISA is a systems integrator with extensive experience serving Public Administration accounts (Central Government, Autonomous Communities, Municipalities). We design and implement infrastructure projects (computing, storage, backup, etc.) and networking solutions. To achieve this, we maintain high-level partnership statuses with leading market vendors (HPE Platinum, Citrix Platinum, Red Hat Advanced, VMware Advanced, Microsoft Gold, etc.). Additionally, we offer a wide range of services.
### **Responsibilities**
We are seeking our next two colleagues to join our team directly as **Open Source and Database Systems Operators**. You will become part of a collaborative work environment alongside a highly skilled technical team.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
* Monitoring and supervision of the infrastructure.
* Incident management.
* Preventive maintenance, patch installation, and system updates.
**Technology stack for this position:** RHEL, Ansible, Satellite, ELK, Kafka, Apache, NGINX, JBOSS, OpenShift, Github, CI/CD, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Checkmk, Jagger, KeyCloak. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle DB.
### **Requirements**
**You will be our ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:**
* Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level)
* At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Operator
* Technical English proficiency
* Professional certifications (not mandatory, but considered a strong advantage if held)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT environments, including hands-on use of the following tools:
* Minimum 3 years of experience with Linux RHEL
* Minimum 1 year with VMware
* Minimum 1 year with MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL
* Minimum 1 year with Windows Server
Work model: 50% on-site / 50% remote (first month fully on-site for service onboarding and team integration)
Location: Madrid
Working hours: Full-time flexible schedule, split between morning and afternoon shifts; intensive Fridays. Reduced summer hours.
