We are looking for a **Fraud Tech Lead** profile for one of our key banking-sector clients. The project model is 60% remote and 40% on-site. A strong level of English is essential, as this is an international project. Requirements What are we looking for? Proven experience in technological leadership and/or data delivery within financial crime or closely related areas of financial services. Solid knowledge of financial crime controls, data channels, and ELT mechanisms, ideally including some combination of: * Transaction monitoring (TM) * Sanctions screening * KYC/Customer due diligence * Alerts, cases, and regulatory reporting Demonstrable experience in end-to-end IT project delivery (requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU), working in agile and/or waterfall environments. Experience managing complex change initiatives involving multiple teams, dependencies, and vendors within a regulated environment.
