Position: Receptionist (Weekends) Location: MiCampus Living Residences \- Wynwood (North Madrid) What will you do on a daily basis? * Welcome students and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first moment. * Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations for common areas. * Handle inquiries, phone calls, and emails with a solution-oriented and friendly attitude. * Resolve minor daily incidents, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety. * Support internal administrative and organizational tasks. Who are we looking for? * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (experience in educational settings is a plus!). * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (additional languages are valued—after all, you never know who might arrive at the residence). * A communicative, proactive, and organized individual who enjoys teamwork. * Availability to work weekends and holidays.
