Our core values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Define QA strategy for complex releases (regression, migrations, SIT). * Plan and coordinate testing activities across tester and business analyst teams. * Participate hands-on in testing to understand the solution’s end-to-end flow. * Design and execute test cases, and identify, document, and track defects. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure quality standards. * Produce clear and ongoing reporting on testing status, risks, and results. * Proven experience leading QA strategies for end-to-end solutions and multi-product/platform environments. * Experience coordinating testing teams and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. * Highly autonomous, analytical, and quality-focused profile. * Excellent C1-level English, both spoken and written. * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage priorities effectively. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Career Plan: All our professionals have access to tailored processes aligned with their roles: competency model, evaluations, training and certification plans, projects, and events.
