**Sr. People Relations Partner – EMEA Region** The Sr. People Relations Partner supports the EMEA region by managing HR and People Relations (PR) activities across multiple countries, each with unique codes, laws, and practices. This role ensures consistent application of global HR and PR policies, aligns regional needs with global objectives, and partners with HR leadership to promote a positive workplace culture. **Role responsibilities** * Oversee and execute workplace investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance and consistency across countries and regions. * Lead and participate in global business process projects, driving timely implementations, process improvements, and enhanced employee experiences, while supporting scalable self\-service principles. * Serve as the escalation point for high\-risk or sensitive PR matters, including workforce actions and terminations within the region. * Monitor and report on regional PR metrics, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions to address potential risks. * Collaborate with Legal Employment, the Business Integrity Office, and HR leadership to resolve complex regional challenges. **Role Requirements** * Deep understanding of HR and PR practices, policies, and legal requirements across multiple EMEA countries. * Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop solutions. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially when working with cross\-functional and global teams. * Proven ability to manage sensitive and high\-risk cases with discretion and professionalism. * Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and supporting scalable HR models. **We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
