Today, with the experience gained over 60 years, these values have established REPUESTOS SERCA as a benchmark in the spare parts distribution sector. **Job Description** We are seeking a professional with experience in the spare parts sector to manage **returns, warranties, and non-conformities with manufacturers**, both national and international. The goal is to ensure **agile, technical, and efficient processing**, contributing to continuous improvement of after-sales service. **Responsibilities** * End-to-end reverse logistics management: receipt, analysis, and processing of automotive spare parts returns and warranties. * Preparation of delivery notes and invoices. * Direct communication with national and international manufacturers to resolve incidents. * Technical evaluation of parts and components to determine their condition and warranty origin. * Registration, tracking, and closure of warranty cases. * Coordination with purchasing and warehouse departments. * Preparation of reports and proposals for process improvement regarding returns and quality control. **Essential Requirements** * **Solid and demonstrable knowledge of the spare parts sector** (automotive, commercial vehicles, or machinery). * **Prior experience in warranty processing** with Spanish and/or international manufacturers. * Ability to interpret catalogs, part references, and technical documentation. * Proficient use of industry-specific IT tools and ERPs. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and manufacturers. * Residence near the workplace, as this is a commercial-sector position requiring 100% on-site work, with split shifts (mornings and afternoons), Monday to Friday. **Desirable** * Experience in quality, after-sales, or reverse logistics departments. * Technical knowledge in mechanics or electromechanics. * Knowledge of invoicing. **We Offer** * Joining a stable and leading company in the sector. * Permanent contract * A positive working environment and opportunities for professional development. *At AD Serca, a family-responsible company, we are committed to equality and foster an inclusive workplace free from any form of discrimination and harassment.* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Work Location: On-site employment
