Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, this role will support the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers as well as our regional Talent Acquisition and HR teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at using a variety of tools and techniques to attract, assess, and select high‑quality talent that meets the organization’s staffing needs. This role offers clear development opportunities to advance into a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter position. **Key Responsibilities** * Sourcing candidates and maintaining talent pools for hourly, early‑career and professional roles. * Screening CVs and conducting initial phone screens. * Scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring processes. * Supporting hiring managers and Sr. Recruiters with feedback tracking. * Ensuring ATS (iCIMS) data accuracy. * Owning candidate experience for early‑career and hourly roles. * Supporting offers, pre‑hire documentation, and onboarding coordination. **Skills and Competencies*** Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) required. * Ability to manage multiple requisitions with guidance. * Understanding of Spain’s hiring norms (notice periods, contract types, candidate expectations). * Detail‑oriented and highly organized. * Positive, proactive attitude; willingness to learn. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. * Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources or Business or related degree. * 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR; internships or university talent programs considered. * Comfortable with sourcing tools (networking events, LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs, Boolean search basics). * Experience posting roles on Spanish job boards (InfoJobs, Tecnoempleo, universities). * Ability to engage with Spanish universities for early‑career talent pipelines. * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. * Ability to build trust, credibility and strong relationships. * Familiarity with local Spanish labor regulations and EU hiring standards. **Travel** Potential travel to networking events or other trade association recruiting events.
