Support the team in organizing itself to fulfill commitments agreed upon in the test plan. Define the test strategy by identifying automation needs, along with the test plan to follow and regression testing approach, taking into account potential tests involving third-party solutions integrated into the solution. Identify all requirements (devices, data, virtualization, etc.) needed to conduct testing and ensure full coverage. Develop test cases (based on acceptance criteria), coordinating with the rest of the team to align understanding of how the product should function, minimizing defects and ensuring complete functional coverage. Execute system testing and integration validation with other systems manually and/or automatically. Identify defects and collaborate on their resolution. Facilitate necessary stakeholders’ participation in testing for validation. Understand modifications and/or defects identified by users and collaborate with the team on their resolution. Ensure test results are satisfactory and that the software is ready for promotion to the next environment. Promote software quality in every sprint. Support developers’ unit testing. Design and execute automated test cases according to criteria defined in the Strategy, where critical functionalities for intra-sprint or release-level automated regression testing have been identified. Manage provisioning of test requirements (devices, data, virtualization, etc.), leveraging external services if necessary. **Requirements** 2 years as a Test Analyst * More than 5 years of experience in testing projects * ISTQB certification * Experience in testing within Agile projects * Experience in test automation
