Your Role:
As a **Management Control Specialist**, your mission will be to generate value (both internal and external) by ensuring the business makes sound and effective business decisions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process—from proposal development to ensuring the profitability of external customer accounts.
* **Customer Value:** As a *Finance Business Partner*, you will generate value for customers (both internal and external) by ensuring the company makes effective and robust commercial decisions.
* **Strategic Collaboration:** You will work closely with MRO Business Unit (BU) leaders and their teams, leading financial and commercial performance support.
* **Objective Management:** You will drive the business to achieve its financial and productivity-related goals and opportunities, ensuring compliance with all corporate governance and internal control requirements.
* **Impact:** You will strategically contribute to the business within leadership.
Responsibilities/Functions:
* Support the MRO business and its development through sound financial and business decision-making, ensuring all costs and financial aspects are considered.
* Support the business throughout the financial planning process: Business Plan, Financial Plan, and Forecasts (weekly, quarterly, and annual).
* Monitor and report on financial performance for the corresponding Profit & Loss (P\&L) account.
* Provide critical input and challenge in decision-making from both business and financial perspectives.
* Prepare commercial proposals, ensuring all associated costs are considered to establish appropriate pricing for customers.
* Ensure customer account profitability through appropriate cost control, project tracking, and strategic reviews.
* Guarantee continuous and effective control over all CAPEX and OPEX projects, assigning clear responsibilities and ownership.
* Develop and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
* Provide cross-functional support across the MRO Finance Business Partner department in all relevant activities required for business excellence.
Your Knowledge and Requirements:
* Education: University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
* Over 5 years of experience working as a financial controller.
+ Financial reporting and forecasting.
+ Budgetary control and business planning.
+ SAP knowledge in FI/CO modules.
