Join our team and be part of the change! **About the EIT Urban Mobility Foundation** The EIT Urban Mobility Foundation is an independent body that supports the operations of the EIT Urban Mobility Academy and its aim to close the knowledge gap through facilitating the operations of EIT Urban Mobility education programmes. The Foundation handles all financial matters related to the students in the Master School and the Doctoral Training Network, this includes student invoicing, monitoring of tuition fees and issuing of receipts, paying student allowances, and implementing payment policies that are in line with the EIT Urban Mobility Foundation mandate and mission. **About the EIT Mobility Academy** The EIT Urban Mobility Academy is a collaborative arena for lifelong learning, helping to build critical capabilities for innovation and transformation. The Academy aims to close the urban mobility knowledge gap with challenge\-based training using the latest education methodologies across disciplines and sectors. The Academy programmes meet a wide variety of needs, including master and doctoral level education. We also provide a diverse portfolio of courses for working professionals. **Be part of a team where:** The Foundation Programmes Administrator will be working full time for the education activities in the EIT Urban Mobility Foundation. The Foundation Programmes Administrator also provides administrative support to the EIT Urban Mobility Foundation Patronat. This will include the following tasks: * Providing help desk support to students regarding student payments and invoices. * Providing the Finance department with updated information on student participation fees to be invoiced and ensuring invoices are issued to students within the set deadlines. * Monitoring incoming student payments and sending out reminders to students with payment due dates. * Ensuring student allowances are paid to students on time and in line with their scholarship status. * Updating the student portal with incoming and outgoing payment information. * Updating and maintaining payment policies and keeping a timeline of all incoming and outgoing student payments, per programme, per cohort, and per year. * Updating student contracts and student financial support agreements. * Acting as the main contact point for the Master School and Doctoral Training Network Offices for all student finance matters. * Supporting the set\-up of partnerships with student recruitment and funding agencies. * Monitoring budgets, including spending and revenue. * Providing overall administrative support to Academy\-related Foundation activities, such as mail processing, procurement, organising meetings, preparing presentations and meeting\-related documents. * Proposing and driving initiatives to improve the administrative operations for Academy\-related Foundation activities. * Helping with other regular and general administrative and operational tasks, as well as reporting to EIT. **What you will bring along the way:** We put a high value on your individual qualities, and we are looking for someone who strives for making a difference together with other people.
