Your main responsibility will be to **actively capture properties and clients** through **cold calling, prospecting, and commercial visits**, managing the entire buying, selling, or rental process through to closing the deal. We are looking for someone **approachable, persuasive, and results-oriented**, with ambition to grow within the sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Acquisition of property owners and listings via **cold calling** and direct visits. * Development and maintenance of an exclusive personal client portfolio. * Advising property owners and buyers throughout the entire process. * Conducting commercial visits and negotiating terms. * Closing sales or rental transactions. * Preparing and reviewing contracts, deposits, and other documentation. * Publishing listings on real estate websites and social media. * Reporting activity to management. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: **High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Training**. * Preferable background in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or similar. * **Previous experience in active sales** (real estate, insurance, banking, automotive, telecommunications). * Experience in **cold calling, lead generation, and direct prospecting** (highly valued). * Proficiency with CRM, office software, and real estate portals (Idealista, Fotocasa…). * Basic knowledge of real estate legal documentation. * **Driving License required.** **Competencies:** * Results and goal orientation. * **Resilience towards rejection** (cold calling). * Proactivity and autonomy. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Organization and discipline. * Professional and polished appearance. **Working Conditions:** * **Permanent contract** (with probation period). * **Full-time on-site** at central office in Las Rozas. * **Fixed salary: 18.000 € – 22.000 €** gross annually. * **Commissions based on sales and targets**. * **Benefits:** company car, mobile phone, and laptop.
