




Position Summary: We are seeking a psychologist to provide counseling, guidance, and interventions for couples, families, and groups; to conduct workshops; and to promote community participation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Psychological counseling and guidance for couples, families, and groups 2. Training for groups and workshops targeting families and professionals 3. Promoting community participation in collaboration with municipal resource networks **Psychological counseling, guidance, and interventions for couples, families, and groups.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Serving as trainer for groups and workshops targeting families and professionals. * Promoting initiatives and fostering community participation in collaboration with the CAF’s municipal resource network. **Educational Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. * Training in psychological intervention with families, children, or psychosocial intervention. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience conducting interventions with families (individual, family, or group settings). **Competencies:** * Assertive and effective communication, conflict management, self-awareness and emotional self-regulation, empathy, motivation, commitment, and responsibility. **Compensation:** * According to the Social Action and Intervention Agreement. **Working Hours:** * Part-time. **Contract Type:** * Indefinite-term contract. **Work Location:** * Madrid Family Support Center (CAF).
