




**Main Responsibilities** * Receive and organize documentation from students, schools, and host families abroad. * Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to study abroad programs. * Inform students and parents about procedures, requirements, and services associated with their stay. * Process and follow up on academic and administrative files. * Coordinate with schools, host families, teachers, and translators. * Manage additional services: medical insurance, flights, transportation, academic credential validation, etc. * Collaborate with other departments (accounting, academic coordination, administration) to facilitate billing and support during periods of high workload. **Candidate Profile** * Background in administration, management, or similar field (experience in education sector or international programs is a plus). * Advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Organized, solution-oriented person with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with families, students, and providers. * Initiative and flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations and peak workloads. * Previous experience in travel management, education, or project coordination is desirable.
