We seek professionals eager to advance their technical careers in a 3-, 4-, and 5-axis environment with computerized production control. 1\. Expert Profile Minimum experience: 10 years in high-precision environments. Critical Setup: Adjustment of first parts of high complexity on 5-axis machining centers. Strategy: Definition of machining strategies and optimization of processes during initial production runs. Industrialization: Direct collaboration with Engineering and Quality to validate processes according to aerospace standards. Technology: Advanced proficiency in cutting tools; CAD\-CAM knowledge or hands-on machine programming is highly desirable. Leadership: Technical supervision and support in training junior/intermediate staff. 2\. Advanced Profile Minimum experience: 5 years in precision machining. Multiaxis Autonomy: Full setup and adjustment of first parts on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. Quality Control: Dimensional verification and precision metrology to ensure quality for complex production batches. Optimization: Real-time adjustment of cutting parameters and improvement of machining conditions. Technical Support: Definition of strategies and support in medium-level industrialization projects, including management of associated technical documentation. 3\. Intermediate Profile Minimum experience: 3 years in the sector. Setup and Adjustment: Configuration of fixtures and tools for simple-to-moderately complex parts on 3\- to 4-axis machines. Technical Interpretation: Reading of complex engineering drawings and technical machining documentation. Execution: Ability to independently adjust first parts and manage short production runs under supervision. Metrology: Quality control of produced parts using conventional measuring instruments. ### **Requirements** Experience in CNC machining of metal parts. Proficiency in machine-side programming and/or CAD\-CAM. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Preferable residence in the Corredor del Henares or Guadalajara area (maximum 20\-30 minutes). Availability to work rotating shifts. Rotating shifts for setup/adjustment operators: morning shift (6:00–14:00), afternoon shift (14:00–22:00). (With a brief overlap between shifts)
