




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Management Digitalization Lead to ensure the integrity and digital exploitation of the leased asset database, transforming contractual documentation into business intelligence. At this moment, within PROPERTY, we are looking to hire a Commercial Management Digitalization Lead to guarantee the integrity, updating, and digital exploitation of the database of Carrefour Supermarkets’ 500+ leased assets. Their mission is to transform contractual documentation into business intelligence through asset clustering, segmented reporting, and process standardization, ensuring seamless alignment between store operational reality and legal-property support. Main Responsibilities: * Formalizing New Procedures: Design and document digital protocols for registering new contracts and addenda, ensuring all property-related information follows a standardized and efficient workflow. * Asset Clustering: Execute portfolio segmentation (by owner type, region, format, or rent brackets) to enable comparative analysis supporting decision-making by the Operations Manager. * Segmented Reporting by Format: Develop and maintain dashboards that break down key rental performance indicators (KPIs) by brand. * Interaction with the Legal Department: Coordinate document flow with the legal team to ensure each contract or amendment signing is immediately reflected in management systems. * Digitalization of the Tenant Portfolio: Be responsible for uploading and maintaining contracts in systems (e.g., Altaix or SAP), ensuring no discrepancies exist between physical documents and digital records. * Preparing Templates in Automation Tools: Manage mass-filling of templates (e.g., in Docxpresso or similar) for official communications with the 500+ tenants (e.g., construction notices, renewals, etc.). * Managing the Technical Document Repository: Ensure every digitized asset has up-to-date technical documentation (floor plans, licenses, IBI certificates), acting as the central information hub for other departments. We would love to meet you if you have: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Real Estate Management, or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) specialized in Administration/Systems. * 2–3 years of experience in property management or real estate asset administration. * Advanced proficiency in property management tools (Altaix, SAP RE) and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
