Within this context, the position of Labor Preparation Specialist with Labor Prospecting is open for the Training and Employment Area located in Madrid. The mission of this position is to conduct personalized job searches for participants in this area. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** ? Develop training content. ? Design and deliver training courses. ? Support employment activities for people with intellectual disabilities within real workplace settings. ? Conduct labor prospecting. ? Deliver workshops for personal development. ? Support various projects within the Training and Employment Area. **Profile:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in Social Sciences (Social Work, Social Education). * Specific training in corporate intermediation. * Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in corporate prospecting. * Strong external interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with other teams. * Proactivity and initiative. * Organizational and planning skills. * Communication, impact, and influencing abilities. * Social sensitivity and interest in social causes, particularly intellectual disability. * Work permit for Spain. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Optimism and enthusiasm, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 23/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
