




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst with experience in Teamcenter administration, Windows servers, and virtual environments to provide end-user support. End-user technical support and application administration Technical Support Analyst / Teamcenter Administration **Years of relevant experience:** 1 to 2 **Suggested qualifications:** Industrial/Telecom/Computer Engineering Degree or Graduate; Higher Vocational Training in Computer Science (DAM, ASIR, SMR.) **Required knowledge:** * Experience in Windows server administration * Proficiency in virtual environments and platforms (VMWare, HyperV, Azure, Citrix, etc.) * Scripting skills (PowerShell, DOS, etc.) * Experience in client-server application administration * Networking fundamentals (firewall, VPN, etc.) * Experience in end-user support **Desired knowledge:** * Familiarity with Java, CSS, XML, C\+\+, Jenkins, JSON * Development and implementation methodologies (Agile, Prototyping, DevOps, Scrum, etc.) * Database fundamentals (MSSQL, Oracle) * Functional knowledge of PLM applications, environments, and modules (administration) * Active Workspace configuration and customization: Stylesheets, Tiles, Layout, Commands. * Experience in industrial sector projects (automotive, aerospace, rail, marine).
