To achieve this, you will: * Optimize procurement processes, ensuring purchase of necessary products and services for the B2B market at the best price and under the most favorable conditions for our organization. * Coordinate and prioritize the entire procurement process to ensure timely completion aligned with our clients’ agility requirements while minimizing operational risks. * Specifically, as part of your responsibilities, you will additionally manage procurement processes related to projects classified by the Ministry of Defense. * Monitor compliance with the company’s procurement policies at all times—both by selected suppliers (ensuring pricing and commitments are properly documented in awards, contracts, and purchase orders) and by all internal departments requiring our services. * Maintain relationships with key suppliers, holding periodic review meetings to assess performance and define improvement plans. * Review and monitor supplier performance, establishing KPIs to enable their evaluation. * Build excellent collaborative relationships with all internal departments requesting our services, gaining deep understanding of business dynamics, customers, and their needs. * Stay informed and up to date on the supplier market, including relevant technologies, manufacturers’ go-to-market models and channels, key market participants, and how these markets operate—so as to identify optimal strategic advantages. **And for this role, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** A university degree, preferably in technical fields or Business Administration and Management (ADE); postgraduate studies related to the technologies we handle or procurement activities would be an asset. At least two years of experience in similar roles within the technology sector. Experience working in large enterprises and frequent interaction with suppliers. A developed negotiation profile to conduct high-level negotiations. English proficiency at B2 level. Additional desirable qualifications include: Knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud service providers. Familiarity with database management at the user level for data analysis (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI…). Advanced Excel skills for analytical and comparative evaluations. Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., GEP, Coupa, SAP, Jaggaer, Ivalua…).
