Railway Production Manager

We are an international business group with over 3,500 employees and a consolidated presence in various countries across Europe and the Americas. As part of our corporate development strategy, we firmly commit to growing our building construction business line, having significantly increased our business volume and team of professionals in recent fiscal years. Our most important business lines include infrastructure construction, infrastructure development and concession-based services, railway electrification works, building construction projects, freight railway transportation, and maintenance, inspection, and repair services for railway machinery. Currently, we have several projects in the Madrid area and need to hire **Production Managers** to supervise and control the execution of various building construction projects under our building division. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure site preparation by managing timely and proper availability of all necessary elements for execution (documentation, materials, equipment, resources, etc.). * Coordinate different construction units as well as relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Monitor progress and compliance with various plans or activities, identify potential deviations, and propose appropriate corrective measures. **Requirements:** * 2–5 years’ experience in duties relevant to this position. * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Completion of a 60-hour occupational health and safety course will be valued. * Availability to start: immediate.
