Tasks include raw material selection, product grilling, and manual cleaning of cooked fish—both simple and double—using a knife. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, afternoon shift, specifically from 15:30 to 23:30\. Hourly wage is €9.25. This is a temporary contract, initially lasting one month, with possible extension depending on seasonal campaigns.
