Position Summary: We are seeking an Oil & Gas Process Engineer to develop engineering projects, including P&IDs, material and energy balances, and participation in equipment design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and preparation of P&IDs and process flow diagrams 2. Participation in the design of plant equipment and process packages 3. For new projects, we require an **OIL & GAS PROCESS ENGINEER**, based in **Madrid**. **Responsibilities**: * Development and preparation of P\&IDs and process flow diagrams. * Technical specification of process equipment and instrumentation. * Execution of material and energy balances. * Hydraulic and thermal calculations for piping and systems. * Participation in the design of plant equipment and process packages. * Technical review of supplier bids and engineering documentation. * Collaboration with other disciplines to ensure proper process integration. * Preparation of technical lists and reports related to design and calculations. * Support to project teams during bidding, procurement, and construction phases. **Requirements**: * Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or equivalent degree. * Over 4 years of prior experience in Process Engineering within Oil \& Gas or Petrochemical environments. * Advanced proficiency in specialized simulation software such as: Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II, HTRI, EDR, Flarenet, or similar tools. * Knowledge of applicable international codes and standards (API, ASME, etc.). * High-level technical English (spoken and written). * Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience in international EPC projects. * Participation in commissioning, start-up, or HAZOP phases. * Familiarity with 2D/3D design tools or document management systems. **Work Location:** * Madrid. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract with immediate incorporation. * Flexible working hours and intensive summer schedule. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Long-term project with professional development opportunities.
