We are currently seeking to hire a **Classroom Tutor for Baby Fundaland**, to work at the Foundation’s **agricultural facilities and orchards**. **Position Objective** To work at the agricultural facility and ensure proper maintenance of orchards, crops, shared garden areas, and facilities in general, in accordance with instructions from the foreman and coordinator, together with workers from the Special Employment Center (CEE) and users of the Occupational Workshop (TO). **Responsibilities** * Carry out seasonal tasks assigned by the foreman, supported by the CEE and TO worker teams. * Perform tasks designated by the foreman; assist in agricultural tasks and handling of materials and plants to maintain and safeguard the optimal condition of orchards and crops. * Supervise automatic irrigation systems and reinforce manual irrigation; carry out repairs, sowing, digging, pruning, etc.; and ensure maintenance, order, and cleanliness of animal areas and common zones. * Promote the well-being of CEE workers and TO users during orchard activities to encourage their engagement and advancement of skills and abilities. * Attend to customers of the Montecarmelo Orchard in an educated, helpful, and proactive manner—individually or accompanied by a CEE worker. * If a task proves excessively long or requires additional tools or materials, ensure it is duly recorded and promptly reported to the foreman for subsequent timely execution. * Verify, confirm, and report to the foreman the status of assigned tasks and those already completed. **Requirements** * Accredited training: Official certification in gardening, horticulture, or agriculture. * Preferably two years’ experience in gardening or customer service. * Availability: Flexibility for variable shifts and adaptation to seasonal needs. * Affinity with fauna: Comfort and appropriate handling of animals present in the orchard. * Interpersonal competencies: Social skills, courteous demeanor, effective communication, and teamwork. * Attitudinal orientation: Proactive disposition, positive and collaborative attitude. * Experience in the following will be valued: **What We Offer** * Start date in **September** * Schedule: 38.5 weekly hours, Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week, on ROTATING shifts according to winter/summer season: morning shift: 8 \- 3 p.m. evening shift: 4 \- 9:30 p.m. * Temporary contract for six months, with possibility of conversion to indefinite-term employment upon completion. * Free parking * Employee benefits and discounts * Cafeteria and dining services The most valuable asset of the Foundation is the group of people who make it up\_.\_ Here you will find a team that inspires, supports, and grows with you. **Take the step—join us!**
