Change management, functional support, and continuous system improvement. **Description:** ---------------- LAUDE is looking for… A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations Consultant to join a major international corporate group in the mechanical installations, refrigeration, and air conditioning sector, currently undergoing full-scale digital transformation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F\&O and CE across all its subsidiaries. The selected candidate will actively participate in the solution rollout, supporting users in adopting new digital tools and ensuring project success from implementation through support and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities * Participation in implementation projects * Validation and documentation of business processes. * Definition of system workflows and operational procedures. * Support in data preparation and migration. * Design and support for testing scenarios. * Training and support for key users. * Change management and functional support * Adaptation of work processes to the new tool. * Resolution of functional incidents and user queries. * Development of training and self-service materials. * Monitoring user adoption and satisfaction. * Continuous improvement and system evolution * Platform usage monitoring. * Identification of improvement opportunities. * Participation in new functionality rollouts. * Validation and support for evolutionary enhancements. **Requirements:** --------------- **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO projects. * Functional experience in finance and project management areas. **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations. * Experience with Dynamics CE (CRM, Field Service, Customer Service) is desirable. * Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. * Data management, transformation, and migration. * Business process validation and optimization. **Languages** * C1-level English is mandatory. * French is desirable. **Other Requirements** * Willingness to travel nationally. * Desired Competencies * User orientation and service mindset. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Communication and training abilities. * Adaptability and ability to manage high-pressure situations. * Proactivity and capacity to work effectively in dynamic environments. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Hybrid working model with genuine remote work possibilities. * Flexible working hours. * Continuous workday on Fridays and during July–September. * Stable project with real opportunities for professional growth. * Participation in an international, digitally transforming environment.
