At Congalsa SL, we are expanding our maintenance team, and therefore actively seeking technicians to work stable 12-hour continuous shifts scheduled on weekends and holidays. **What would your main responsibilities be?:** * Performing tasks assigned through the internal Libra system. * Preparing production lines for the next production run. * Responding to malfunctions reported by the production department (mechanical adjustments, error detection parameters, operational parameters, etc.) **Requirements:** \- Qualification and/or experience in Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or FP II (Electrical, Industrial Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Welding) or equivalent. \- Proficiency in office software applications. \- Proficiency in computerized management systems (LIBRA, CRM, etc.). \- Knowledge of English and/or French (spoken, comprehension, written) for communication with customers, suppliers, external agents, etc. is desirable. \- Familiarity with the company’s business, sector, products, and services is desirable. **Specific Criteria:** \- Minimum one year of prior experience in similar positions. \- Essential: autonomy, organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability to change, commitment to continuous improvement, and teamwork. **Conditions:** **\- Location: Puebla del Caramiñal** **\- Employment Type:** **Full-time** **\-** **Reporting Line: Maintenance Supervisor.**
