You will also be responsible for proposing and implementing solutions that support business growth and expansion, optimizing internal processes to achieve business goals, and ensuring the best possible user experience. Reporting to the Group’s CTO, the XTART Systems Manager will lead assigned IT projects as well as manage maintenance and evolution of systems implemented at XTART. Additionally, you will oversee infrastructure and communications supporting management systems, continuously ensuring cybersecurity and data governance. **Key responsibilities include:** * Managing XTART’s systems to ensure their reliable operation. * Ensuring successful implementation of IT projects; identifying improvements and defining new system enhancements. * Collaborating closely with the GPE Group, consistently aligning with group guidelines and strategy while fostering synergies. * Establishing protocols and best practices for IT equipment usage. * Evaluating external service providers’ proposals, leading negotiations and communication with them, and coordinating and supervising delivered services. * Staying current on emerging tools and processes, and assessing their potential adoption within the organization. * Team management and integration with teams from other departments. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** **Required Education:** * University degree. * Additional training in team management, Agile methodologies, and modern IT practices is desirable. * Experience in IT project management, application support, and maintenance. * Experience communicating and liaising with clients in customer-facing environments. * Required technical knowledge: EdTech platforms, MS Office 365, SAP, Salesforce, and web development. **Experience:** * Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role. * Experience in the education sector is highly valued. * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse external vendors and geographically dispersed teams. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies—Scrum, DevOps, Agile, DevSecOps—is highly desirable. **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (C1 level) **Competencies:** * Strategic and business-oriented mindset. * Transformative leadership and influence capabilities. * Strong communication skills and change management ability. * Teamwork orientation. * Planning and organizational skills
