Teleoperator position for customer recovery in Madrid, focused on retention and recovery of customers in the energy and telecommunications sectors. The main responsibility is to make outbound calls to inactive customers, presenting them with new offers and attractive terms to encourage their return to the company. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, along with basic knowledge of energy services to provide accurate information and advice. The work environment is dynamic and results-oriented, where perseverance and the ability to handle objections are highly valued. In-person, selective training is conducted prior to onboarding and is unpaid. Upon successful completion, a three-month part-time temporary contract begins, with possibility of extension and subsequent conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance. Working hours are 27.5 hours per week, on a fixed afternoon shift (from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM\). Compensation is hourly. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in customer service techniques and energy sector customer loyalty. Effective telephone communication skills, negotiation ability, and objection-handling capability are required. Basic knowledge of the energy sector is valued. Availability to attend the indicated dates for unpaid in-person training and for the established afternoon shift is mandatory.
