We are seeking a Corporate Security and Encryption Specialist to operate and evolve the Thales CipherTrust Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM platforms, managing a corporate encryption service. The candidate will combine technical expertise in operating systems (Linux), databases (DBA), and enterprise encryption, supporting both daily operations (BAU) and the onboarding of new use cases and deployments. **Responsibilities:** * Operation and evolution of the Thales CTM and Luna HSM platforms. * Onboarding and migration of applications and encryption use cases (with and without agents). * Integration with PAM, SIEM, patching, and virtualized environments. * ITSM-based operations management: incidents, requests, changes, CMDB, and SLA reporting. * Resolution of technical incidents and advanced troubleshooting. * Identification of risks and blockers, and proposal of mitigation measures. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in corporate security and encryption. * At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Vormetric / Thales CipherTrust Manager. * Solid experience in enterprise encryption and key management (CTM, HSM, KMS, rotation/recertification). * Knowledge of operating systems (Linux) and basic DBA concepts. * Experience integrating with PAM, SIEM, and patching. * Experience in operations management: ITSM, SLAs, CMDB, and reporting.
