Contacting and managing exclusive vendors DESCRIPTION You will join the planning team and work on: Developing media plans focused on out-of-home (OOH) advertising Browsing and analyzing media vehicles (billboards, bus shelters, kiosks, circuits, etc.) Contacting and managing exclusive vendors Developing local and tactical planning proposals Supporting campaign optimization Preparing materials (Excel / PowerPoint) REQUIREMENTS Technical Requirements 3–4 years of experience in out-of-home (OOH) advertising, including: • Exclusive vendors • Agencies with outdoor planning capabilities • Media buying centers (offline / OOH division) Basic knowledge of: • Media vehicle types (billboards, bus shelters, kiosks, etc.) • Local exclusive vendor market • Reading circuit maps and proposals Proficient use of: • Excel (intermediate-to-advanced level: filters, pivot tables, basic cross-tabulations) • PowerPoint (for preparing simple proposals)
