Today, we participate in engineering and consulting projects worldwide. Candidates must have at least two years of experience modeling electrical infrastructure elements using BIM methodology and will join Boslan’s Generation and Networks Unit’s High-Voltage and Medium-Voltage Substations team to perform activities such as: * Developing and managing BIM models for high-voltage and medium-voltage substation projects. * Generating drawings, construction details, and technical documentation from the BIM model. * Managing project documentation in the Common Data Environment (CDE). * Creating and maintaining families. * Clash detection. * Supporting the implementation of BIM standards in substation engineering. * Providing technical support to clients regarding BIM modeling of high-voltage and medium-voltage substation elements. This position offers hybrid working arrangements in any of the following locations: Bilbao, Madrid, Zaragoza, Alicante, Castellón. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Technical Engineering / Technical Architecture / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum experience: At least two years in a similar role. Minimum knowledge: * Minimum of two years’ experience in high-voltage and medium-voltage substation or electrical infrastructure projects. * Advanced BIM knowledge (Revit, Navisworks) * Experience using CDEs: ProjectWise Engineer and ACC (BIM 360\) * Advanced-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D. * Proficiency in Civil 3D at user level. * Knowledge of QGIS/GvSIG. * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. Desirable knowledge: * Familiarity with IBERDROLA’s civil works and electromechanical design standards and criteria for substations. * Knowledge of applicable electrical regulations for high-voltage and medium-voltage substations. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Strong technical, critical, and analytical capabilities, oriented toward efficient problem resolution. * High degree of autonomy in work, complemented by excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus on each. * Proactive attitude, flexibility in changing environments, and continuous commitment to learning and improvement. * Organizational and prioritization skills, with initiative-taking ability and adherence to deadlines.
