We seek a product-oriented profile capable of technically leading real initiatives (not just conceptual ones) and helping bring LLM-based solutions into production. ### **Specifically, here’s what you’ll do:** * Technically lead the development and deployment of **generative AI solutions**. * Participate in the **finalization and production rollout** of an AI solution (data-backed chat, automatic summarization, user support). * Design and implement features for **intelligent messaging**. * Develop and evolve agent architectures, orchestration systems, and usage of various LLMs. * Collaborate closely with internal teams. * Ensure sound technical practices: API design, documentation, performance, and scalability. ### **To succeed, you’ll need experience in…** * Full-stack development (React, Node, NestJS) and **microservice architectures**. * Working with **AWS**, and collaborating with **DevOps / infrastructure teams**. * Integrating **LLMs into real-world products** (chatbots, assistants, copilots, etc.). * Building generative AI systems (agent orchestration, RAG / prompt enrichment, output control and guardrails). * Developing **APIs, technical documentation, and performance optimization**. * Working in **agile methodologies** (sprints, planning, iterative deliveries). * Complex corporate environments and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams. ### **At Garaje, we value people who…** Take pride in their work, give their best, always have fun, show courage and take risks, learn from mistakes, and love what they do.
