Job Summary: We are seeking a committed psychopedagogue for child intervention with special needs in a warm, dynamic, and collaborative therapeutic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinating with an interdisciplinary therapeutic team **Psychopedagogue (Self-employed or Contract) – Child Intervention at a Therapeutic Center Job Description:** We are looking for a **committed, vocation-driven, and child-sensitive psychopedagogue** to join our interdisciplinary team. The selected candidate will work with children with **special needs** (e.g., emotional difficulties, behavioral challenges, regulation issues, learning difficulties, social skills deficits, ASD, ADHD, among others) within a **warm, dynamic, and collaborative therapeutic environment**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting **psychopedagogical and emotional assessments** tailored to each child’s profile. * **Designing and implementing individualized intervention programs**, focusing on attention, learning, self-regulation, and emotional well-being. * **Supporting and guiding families**, providing strategies and tools to foster development at home. * **Coordinating with the therapeutic team** (psychologists, social educators, speech therapists, physiotherapists, teachers, etc.) to ensure a holistic and integrated approach. * **Documenting and monitoring** goals, progress, and sessions for each child. **Requirements:** * University degree in **Psychopedagogy, Psychology, or Special Education**. * Prior experience in child intervention, especially with **neurodiverse populations** and/or those with **learning and behavioral difficulties**. * **Empathy, creativity, and vocation**, with ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team. * Registered as a self-employed professional, or willingness to consider formal employment contract. **Job Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Option 1 → **Afternoons Monday to Friday (4–7 p.m.) – 10 hours per week.** Option 2 → **Two mornings \+ all afternoons Monday to Friday – 20 hours per week.** * **Employment Type:** Self-employed (possibility of formal employment contract depending on profile). * **Location:** Therapeutic center in **Alcobendas**. * **Start Date:** Immediate. * **Opportunity to increase hours** in the coming months. **How to Apply:** If you are passionate about working with children and wish to join a team dedicated to the **holistic, emotional, and educational development of every child**, please send your **updated CV to cian.lpg.19@gmail.com** Job Type: Part\-time Pay: 600\.00€ \- 800\.00€ per month Work Location: In person
