




We are looking to hire two Project Managers for a public healthcare project. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who wish to contribute their experience in technical management of software development projects within the National Health System, in a stable environment with a schedule that supports work-life balance. You will be part of the team responsible for the technical management of software development projects related to the service portfolio of the National Health System, participating in the execution of the digital health strategy update plan. Your role will be key in ensuring project planning, control, and supervision, coordination of development teams, and communication with the client's functional and technical leads. Main responsibilities: Technical management of software development projects in the areas of International Health, Public Health, and the National Health Service portfolio. Application of classical or agile project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, PM2, SCRUM, OpenPM or equivalents). Supervision of development teams and quality control of deliverables. Preparation of project plans, technical reports, risk reports, and progress reports. Functional and technical validation of solutions, incident analysis, and scope verification. Participation in projects using Java, Maven, Spring, Subversion, Weblogic, Iplanet, Oracle, Sonarqube, Nexus, and Jenkins technologies. Use of collaborative tools and software development lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Confluence/Wiki, HP ALM, Doors, TestDirector, or Redmine. Integration of applications with common e-administration services. (Scrum, PMP, PM2, openPM or equivalents). Management of teams of at least 3 people. **2 years** of experience in project reporting (technical, risk, milestones, budget, methodology compliance, etc.). Minimum **3 years** of experience in technology environments based on DevOps tools and multi-tier servers: – Java, Maven, Spring, Subversion – Sonarqube, Nexus, Jenkins – Iplanet, Weblogic – Oracle – Integration with common e-administration services. Minimum **3 years** of experience using software development lifecycle management tools: – Requirements management (HP ALM, Doors or equivalents). – Test management (HP ALM, TestDirector or equivalents). – Incident management (HP ALM, Jira, Redmine or Mantis). – Process modeling (Jira, System Architect or equivalents). Recent **certifications** (within the last 3 years) in software development lifecycle disciplines (IREB, ISTQB, ITIL or similar), with at least 40 hours of accredited training. Minimum **2 years** of experience in software development projects within the Spanish healthcare sector (International Health, Public Health, or National Health Service portfolio).
