Our office will be located in Alvento Business Park, Vía de los Poblados, 1\-3 28033, Madrid . **What would you do at work?:** * About the position We are looking for a Payroll Technician with attention to detail to manage and process payroll for our employees in Spain. You will be part of a small and collaborative team, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with Spanish labor regulations, and support in general HR and administrative processes. **Requirements:** **You are a great match if you::** Main responsibilities * Prepare and process monthly payroll using the company's payroll system (ADP) * Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security legislation in Spain. * Manage employee records (contracts, leaves, vacations, etc.) * Calculate and process social security contributions and IRPF deductions * Coordinate with external payroll agencies, advisors, and authorities when necessary * Support HR and Finance departments with data reports and reconciliations * Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related topics. * Maintain confidentiality and data protection in all payroll processes **Benefits:** What we offer * Competitive salary (approx. 25\.000 € gross/year full\-time, depending on experience) * Permanent contract with opportunities for professional development * Collaborative work environment within a dynamic team * Flexible working hours and possibility of hybrid work after onboarding
