Additionally, we own **4 production facilities**, ensuring optimal quality and exceptional taste to continue delivering **flavor-filled experiences.** In Spain, we bring together the talent of **more than 23,000 people**, working to deliver happiness to over **450 million customers worldwide each year.** **ABOUT THE LABOR RELATIONS TECHNICIAN ROLE** As a Payroll Technician, your primary mission will be to ensure regulatory compliance within the Company’s HR & Labor Relations area, supporting various Operations Areas to help them achieve their objectives. Your main responsibilities include: * Providing legal advice on labor law matters—advising, guiding, and resolving doubts and incidents across different workplaces, Regional Operations Managers, and Operations Directors—while conducting supervision and guaranteeing the Company’s legal and regulatory compliance. * Managing and preparing disciplinary proceedings, as well as other documentation related to Labor Relations, such as filings concerning work-life balance, personal and family life, substantial modifications to employment conditions, geographical mobility, etc. * Managing and implementing anti-harassment protocols in the workplace. * Preparing and processing SMAC (Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service) cases and judicial proceedings with external law firms, as well as carrying out and monitoring Labor Inspections. On occasion, you may be required to represent the Company before official bodies. * Managing trade union elections. * Communicating and maintaining fluent dialogue with the Workers’ Legal Representatives. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Labor Relations or Law * 2–3 years of experience in Labor Relations or Human Resources * A Master’s degree in HR or Labor Relations is desirable * Advanced Excel skills are desirable **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Indefinite-term contract * Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work * Positive work environment and collaborative culture * Ongoing support and continuous learning * Employee discounts for yourself and up to three people of your choice (family members/friends) * Meal vouchers
