Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we can meet through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** We seek a profile responsible for **administering Cisco network infrastructures (Switching/Routing L2\-L3\)** and managing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, LACP, and VPN. **Administration of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point firewalls**, including security policies, NAT, and VPN. Incident resolution, change management, and maintenance of production environments. Technical coordination with clients, documentation and service reporting. Participation in migration projects, continuous improvement, and managed service operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Network infrastructure operation and administration: + Administration of Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching and routing environments: VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, route redistribution. + Management of Cisco equipment. + Resolution of network incidents within contractual SLAs, including root cause analysis and solution documentation. + Participation in network architecture changes: design, implementation, and validation in production environments. * Perimeter and network security: + Administration and operation of Palo Alto (Panorama, PAN\-OS), Fortinet FortiGate, and Check Point firewalls, including security policies, NAT, site\-to\-site and remote access VPN. + Rule and object management, and periodic policy review. + Detection and response to network security events: log analysis, alert correlation. + Firmware maintenance and updates, including impact assessment and change windows. + Preparation of vulnerability and security status reports for clients requesting them. * Client management and documentation: + Technical liaison with client IT managers: coordinating changes, communicating incidents, and tracking requests. + Authoring and maintaining technical documentation: network diagrams, operational procedures, change logs, and maintenance plans. + Participation in client follow\-up meetings, providing visibility into service status and improvement proposals. + Preparation of periodic service reports (availability, incidents, changes, security). * Continuous improvement and service evolution: + Proactive identification of technical risks and proposal of corrective or evolutionary measures. + Collaboration with the Communications team to define procedures, best practices, and configuration standardization. + Support for migration projects, onboarding of new clients, and infrastructure deployments. **Required Knowledge and Technologies:** * Mandatory: + Palo Alto (PAN\-OS, Panorama) — advanced administration level + Fortinet FortiGate and/or Check Point — operational administration level + Cisco switching and routing (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR) — Layer 2 and Layer 3 + Protocols: OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, LACP, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN + Prior experience in managed services environments * Desirable: + Certifications: PCNSA/PCNSE, NSE4\+, CCNP, Check Point CCSA/CCSE + SD\-WAN knowledge (Fortinet, Palo Alto Prisma) + Experience with public sector or banking clients (ENS requirements, regulatory compliance) + Technical written English — intermediate\-advanced level **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
