Your mission will be to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the image of our brands and collections, ensuring an attractive and commercially effective presentation of sales spaces. You will join a dynamic and creative team, contributing to improving our customers’ experience, optimizing the performance of commercial spaces, and reinforcing the positioning of Women's Fashion through the latest industry trends.**Key responsibilities and requirements.** **Responsibilities:** * Implement visual merchandising plans aligned with Women's Fashion commercial and marketing strategies. * Optimize the arrangement, display, and coordination of collections in sales spaces to maximize their commercial appeal. * Ensure correct implementation of campaigns, promotions, window displays, and commercial initiatives across various stores. * Analyze the impact of visual merchandising activities, proposing improvements based on sales results, trends, and customer behavior. * Participate in store opening, renovation, and commercial space adaptation projects. * Collaborate with purchasing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent presentation aligned with brand identity and fashion trends. * Monitor market trends to adapt them to commercial spaces and deliver an inspiring shopping experience. **Requirements:** * Vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Visual Merchandising, or related disciplines. * English proficiency level B2\. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visual design tools, especially Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. * 1–3 years of experience in roles related to visual merchandising, retail, fashion, commerce, or marketing. * Strong aesthetic sensitivity and broad knowledge of women’s fashion trends (Women, Youth, Lingerie). * Analytical ability, creativity, and results orientation. * Communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and adaptability to dynamic environments. * Willingness to travel and work across multiple stores. **Temporary position** **We offer a variety of social benefits that contribute to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous professional development training. * Educational support for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
