Therefore, it is essential that our ERP systems be aligned and that our workflows become progressively more global and unified. For this reason, our Information Technology department is recruiting three new roles to standardize workflow processes across key strategic areas within SAP, managing various projects. **ABOUT THE JUNIOR PEOPLE ANALYTICS ROLE:** **Mission**: Review, maintain, and extract information from Alsea Europe’s Human Resources information systems to provide the department and brand leadership with actionable insights supporting their decision-making. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Extract data from various systems, analyze it, and identify errors and inconsistencies. Manipulate data and produce periodic and ad-hoc reports (KPIs) for different company departments.
