Design and lead the implementation of complex IAM solutions, integrations, and processes across diverse client environments. Understand, prioritize, and track all support tasks related to the design, definition, deployment, and management of any IAM project for clients. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** Your mission will be to support the implementation, maintenance, and management of PAM technology projects for one of our key clients. + Administer, manage, and provide support for the tool, and create or maintain necessary documentation. + Generate specific reporting for the tool. + Enhance and fine-tune the solution’s configuration. + Maintain implemented rules. + Back up configurations. + Apply security patches, firmware updates, and version upgrades. + Address incidents and issues related to the tool. + Provide support during containment or mitigation phases of cybersecurity incidents or alerts. + Log handling of exception requests for security tools. + Develop and implement connectors to integrate new applications into CyberArk management. + Implement specific measures for privileged accounts, such as 2FA, local account restrictions, authentication, privilege elevation (sudo), among others. + Compile and maintain an updated inventory of privileged accounts, access rights, owners, validity periods, etc. **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** + More than 2 years managing and tracking projects. + More than 3 years in consulting and implementing CyberArk PAM solutions. **Education** Required: + Higher Technical Diploma / University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. + CyberArk PAM CDE certification.
