If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com **What do we do in the team?** The IDENTIFY unit at Telefónica Tech has three main objectives: * Ensure coverage of the client’s global threat landscape by identifying required data and addressing challenges or use cases needing resolution. * Ensure traceability and control of user account profiling across the client’s various tools and systems. * Protect data by preventing compromises and guaranteeing access exclusively to information necessary for each actor/role involved with the client. We are looking for a team lead to coordinate the team and ensure project quality. **What will your day-to-day be like?** As team lead, your mission will be to facilitate the customer interface for reviewing overall service performance (monitoring, SLAs, issues, incidents, proposals, improvements, etc.). Given the technical complexity of the environment—encompassing all areas related to cybersecurity—relevant experience is expected. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer during all service phases, as well as for internal company departments. * Managing, coordinating, and monitoring service performance, resources, SLA compliance, and preparing associated reports. * Being responsible for managing the service contracted by the IDENTIFY client, participating in service monitoring, aligning efforts, and securing customer trust and satisfaction while continuously adding value toward achieving their goals. * Staying current with emerging security trends and threats to prepare effectively for potential future incidents. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery through continuous improvement and performance tracking. **And for this, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * Minimum 8 years’ demonstrable experience in cybersecurity. * Strong technical background. Demonstrable experience managing clients in the cybersecurity domain: security incidents, security posture, architectures, etc. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing services (high-level SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs), resources, and personnel. * Experience managing and monitoring highly complex technological projects. Valued: * Technical knowledge related to data, data mining, DLP, and data security. * Technical knowledge of identity, roles, access, profiling, etc. * High-level stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience in financial monitoring of projects and services. * Experience in the banking sector. **Education** Required: * Higher Technical Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification related to the ICT sector.
