DESCRIPTION Project: Strategic initiative for integrating a vulnerability scanning platform. The objective is to design, develop, and validate a technical solution that automates the remediation lifecycle, ensuring detected vulnerabilities are converted into trackable tickets in ServiceNow to improve SLA compliance and reporting. What will this person do? (Mission) * Design, develop, and validate the technical integration solution for vulnerability remediation. * Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and the ServiceNow platform teams. * Ensure seamless conversion of detected vulnerabilities into actionable tickets within SNOW. * Optimize remediation tracking, service level agreements (SLAs), and reporting generation. **Conditions** * Employment Mode: 100% Remote (Preference: Spain/MX). * Working Hours: Flexible to support US time zones and align with the Mexico team (Mon–Thu: 11:00–20:00, Fri: 11:00–17:00). * Start Date: Immediate. * Compensation: Financial compensation considered upon successful completion of the probation period. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves)** * Experience: Senior profile with over 5 years of experience in this domain. * Technical Stack / Knowledge: * + Experience managing ServiceNow SecOps. * In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. * Workflow management experience in ServiceNow. * Solid understanding of vulnerability management. * Experience in network security, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure. * Languages: High level of fluent English.
