We are currently seeking an **IT Security Administrator** for our offices in **Madrid (Delicias)**. LogiRAIL is establishing a specialized Railway Security Operations Center (SOC), focused on IT/OT/IoT, dedicated to monitoring and managing cybersecurity operations within Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments. **Required Education** * University degree, medium- or higher-level vocational training (FP) in technical specialties (Cybersecurity, ASIR, Telecommunications, Computer Science, DAW), or equivalent professional experience. **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in operating, administering, and continuously improving IT security infrastructures. **Desirable Qualifications** * Master’s degree, FP qualification, or specialized bootcamps in Cybersecurity or Networking. * Professional certifications. * Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting (Python or Bash) for simple automation tasks. * Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CCNA Security, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE). * Understanding of Zero Trust architecture. * Experience in hybrid and cloud environments (Azure, AWS). * Knowledge of SIEM systems, event correlation, and incident response. **Responsibilities** * Support daily security infrastructure operations (firewalls, proxies, VPNs); monitor basic security alerts and device status. * Handle simple service requests: user provisioning/deprovisioning in VPN, reviewing web navigation blocks, opening ports, etc. * Incident resolution: first-level response to network or security incidents, escalating complex cases to senior/advanced teams. * Documentation: maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. **Requirements** Perimeter and Access Control * Advanced administration and operation of corporate proxies (web filtering, SSL inspection, navigation policies, traffic analysis). * Experience with IPsec VPNs (site-to-site connections, tunnels, advanced troubleshooting). Perimeter Protection (Network Security) * Next-generation firewalls (NGFW): rule management, segmentation policies, NAT, advanced troubleshooting. * IPS/IDS: deployment knowledge, tuning, signature review, traffic analysis, and false positive identification. * WAF (Web Application Firewall): configuration, protection, custom rules, transparent/inline mode. Anti-DDoS technologies: configuration, monitoring, real-time mitigation, post-incident analysis.
