If you are motivated by close user support, autonomy, and a robust training plan, this role is a great fit for you. **Terms** * Indefinite-term contract * Work location: Ferrol (Galicia) – 100% on-site * Working hours: Mon–Thu: two days 8:00–18:00 (including lunch) + two days 8:00–15:00; Fri: 8:00–15:00 * Salary: €20,500 fixed + €2,000 annual incentive **Your responsibilities** * First-level micro-IT support to end users. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals). * Creation and deployment of corporate system images. * Diagnosis, resolution, and documentation of hardware/software incidents. * Remote support in Microsoft environments. * Ticket management using ITSM tools. * Preventive/corrective maintenance of the IT asset base. * Collaboration with other teams and identification of complex incidents. * Compliance with internal procedures and ITIL best practices. **Mandatory requirements** * Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in IT. * 3 years’ experience in micro-IT support. * Advanced proficiency in Windows 10/11. * Hardware/software installation, imaging, repair, and diagnostics. * Familiarity with mobile devices (tablets, smartphones). * Experience providing user-level support in Microsoft environments. **Desirable qualifications** * Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., EasyVista, Jira…). * Knowledge of ITIL. **What we offer?** * Vacation days: 23 working days per collective agreement + 1 extended day + 1 extra day for your birthday * Flexible compensation: available to new employees.
